Thank You!

 

For the past few days, we have, once again, been reading news on how the stores are out of toilet paper and Clorox wipes alongside of rice and canned beans. Have we learned nothing? Or maybe it’s some sort of primal defense mechanism and people cannot help themselves? We have also received several wonderful text and emails from friends and past clients asking if we were shut down? Fortunately, for us it’s business as usual, meaning business as usual - Covid-19 style. No open houses, tours by appointment only and pretty much everything, aside from touring and inspections can be done over zoom. Real estate has adapted to this new world and the new restrictions didn’t really change that much.

 

It’s been a tough year for many of us, if not everyone. This crazy year has hit some harder than others but I believe it is safe to say that most of us have struggled at one point or another, if not financially then at very least emotionally. Please, please, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you’re in need. Need of a chat, need of a bag of groceries or resources for housing. We are here for you.

 

As we approach Thanksgiving, we want to tell you that we are truly thankful for all of you! Our friends, our clients, and our neighbors. We are thankful for having you, and for you putting your trust in us. As a team we are working on being even better and hopefully expanding our team. This week we have hired a transaction coordinator and Kyle will be there to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
